Oh,,,it's a day late
but
Happy
Thanksgiving.
The Tourbuggie Blog is
a year old.
Boy time sure does fly by. Last year at this time we were in Albuquerque, New Mexico having had our Thanksgiving feast
of rotisserie chicken, Country Crock mashed potatoes, Demonte Green Beans, Heinz turkey gravy, rolls and apple pie all from a local grocery store.
This year, two turkeys
(so we would have plenty left overs for sandwiches), stuffed acorn squash, green bean casserole, candied sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, homemade by Jill, Stacey's stuffing, jello salad by Gary's Gramma,
cranberry bread, rolls, real gravy, all kinds of choices and a table full of desserts.
We gathered around the table and enjoyed all this with four generations of Hedmans
at Stacey and Gary's home in Marstons Mills. My Grandpuppy turkeys,
Bromley and Brewer were well behaved and I think Stacey snuck them a piece of turkey.
Rigley stayed home and never new the difference. He had is turkey leftovers today.
Now, are we ready for December ??? I am!
