It is all about Austin this weekend and Diane is lovin' it.
Friday, the actual birthday, brought a gathering of the "Fun Group" from the BCF. Dot, Phil, Joyce, Pete, Joanne, Don and Marge along with the Fosters. It was a Pot Luck event that would rival Thanksgiving. It was originally going to be a cook-out before summer ended but as we all know, time flies and before we knew it, it was October. Tons of food, good friends and a Red Soxs win made for a great night out.
Stacey, Gary, Bromley and Brewer came over this morning . Stacey cooked up a full course breakfast for her Dad that we all enjoyed. Soup to Nuts breakfast style. Someday Stacey will have her own Bed and Breakfast that will make your mouth water. She out did herself as always, Yummy! Thanks Stace.
In the afternoon Austin and I went to the Cranberry Harvest Celebration on A.D. Makepeace property in Wareham. It was a relatively small event with some crafts, food and bog tours. And, it was a great day for a helicopter ride. Up and away we went. Thanks Austin.
